An added charge will be applied if equipment is returned after date specified. All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so please make your selections carefully.
- Pricing - Prices quoted are usually for a one day charge. If you need to use rental items for a longer period, please call or e-mail our party planners for long term rates.
- Reservations, Rental Fees and Cancellations -Confirmation of your order can only be done in advance with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. All rental charges and deposits must be paid in full upon delivery. All credit card payments must be made in advance. Equipment cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to delivery date or major holidays. A cancellation fee may be charged. *Items subject to availability

- Loss or Damage - Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from time of delivery to time of return. Our insurance will not cover equipment that is out on rental. Please be sure equipment is secure and alwasy protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken or rain damaged items plus rental.
- Delivery - A minimum order is required for delivery. There is an additional charge for above ground floor delivery, as well as set up and breakdown of equipment, Please make arrangements in advance. Special containers are provided for your flatware, china, glassware, etc. to insure that you receive items, sterilized, undamaged, sparkling and table-ready. All items have been checked and carefully counted for delivery and will be counted again at pickup (Please check your order immediately and report any problems prior to usage). Please make firm advance arrangements by informing security guards or unlocking gates so that we can pick-up and deliver as scheduled. There is an additional charge for re-pick-up or re-delivery.
- Pick-up - All china, flatware, glassware, should be washed free of food and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Linen should be refuse free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked ready for pick-up. All bagged chairs should be rebagged and rebagged as well. There will be a replacement charge for each missing bag not returned on the chair (This also applies to bar covers). All items should be assembled in a single location as specified above, ready for pick-up. Items not metting these conditions are subject to additional charges.
